Bookings and pricing
A booking request is not final until the provider confirms it and any required payment step is complete. Prices, currency, deposits, balances, and fees are shown before confirmation.
Cancellations and refunds
Listing-specific cancellation terms may differ. Refunds, chargebacks, weather changes, no-shows, and rescheduling are handled under the applicable booking terms and may require review.
Customer and vendor conduct
Users must provide accurate information, respect people and places, avoid prohibited activity, and keep communications appropriate. We may suspend access when necessary to protect the marketplace.
Reviews and content
Reviews should be based on a real service interaction and must not contain unlawful, discriminatory, private, or misleading content.
